About This Sangha

Welcome to WUH! We have weekly, relaxed meetings (come just as you are), regular WUHtreats, and lots of events in-between. We are a sibling group of the all-ages Honolulu Mindfulness Community (HMC) especially for folks in their "first third" of life. Meetings are at the Still & Moving Center. Park at Whole Foods and check in with the front desk. No charge!
