About This Sangha
Practicing mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. All are welcome to join us as we enjoy sitting meditation, walking meditation, Dharma talks and Dharma sharing weekly. We meet every Sunday. Chairs, cushions, and parking passes available onsite. First Unitarian Universalist Church, 4190 Front St, San Diego CA 92103 We also meet virtually Tuesdays from 4:40-5:30 pm Pacific. See website for link.
