About This Sangha

Join us for our monthly gathering, held on Sunday from 9:30am-2:30pm, featuring:- Meditation and recitation of the 5 Mindfulness Trainings- Dharma talks- Lunch- Tea and Dharma sharing- *Special guest sharing: Live insights from monastics_ (occasional)- *Fun and learning for kids: Children's activities_ (ages 2+)Come together with us once a month in love, nurturing, and peace, supporting each other on the path to happiness.
