About This Sangha
Our sangha is a truly open and welcoming space, designed for everyone. Whether you are taking your very first steps into mindfulness, seeking deeper connection, or are a seasoned practitioner, you will find a supportive and compassionate community here. Meets online at 7:00 PM PT for one hour on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.
