About This Sangha
Harvest Lake Sangha is a mindful book club exploring Thich Nhat Hanh and other Buddhist teachers. Members read selected chapters between weekly or bi-weekly meetings, come together to discuss insights, and practice silent sitting meditation—online or in person—fostering reflection, connection, and mindful living in everyday life.
