About This Sangha
We are an inclusive and welcoming group of people living in and around the Calder Valley in West Yorkshire. We are part of the wider international grouping of practitioners who follow the mindfulness practice and teachings of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
When We Meet
- Thursdays 7 - 9pm: Please try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for a prompt start.
