About This Sangha

Footsteps Sangha is a meditation group that practices in the Plum Village tradition established by Vietnamese Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. We meet regularly for sitting and walking meditation, and Dharma study, practice and sharing. All faiths and lineages, and those who seek to to deepen their compassion and loving-kindness through meditation and practice, are welcome.
