About This Sangha

We gather to build community and to cultivate the calm, clarity and compassion we feel in ourselves and the world.Join us for sitting and walking meditation, mindfulness practices, teachings, dharma sharing and much more.

When We Meet

  • We meet twice a month, on Sundays from 4 -5:30PM and sometimes more.
