About This Sangha
We organize retreats, days of mindfuness, andother mindfulness practiceopportunities in Florida for young adults and their families. We also provide mentoring for those starting Wake Up groups, and offer meditation sessions with Viet Wake Up Florida and other Wake Up groups.
