About This Sangha

We meet every other week for two hours. We start with Dedication of Merit, mindful movement and then 30 minutes of meditation. After a short vegan snack/tea break, we begin Dharma sharing. We have a study group meeting on another day as well as periodic Days of Mindfulness.
