About This Sangha

Weekly practice includes sitting and walking meditation, Dharma Sharing of a reading, mindful speech and deep listening besides monthly recitation of the Mindfulness Trainings.

When We Meet

  • In person first and third Friday 9:45 - 11:15 am. On Zoom: other Fridays 10 - 11:30 am; every Monday 7:15 - 8:45 pm; first and third Thursday 10 - 11:30 am.
