About This Sangha
We practice in the Plum Village tradition, with sitting and walking meditation, Dharma readings (usually a book by Thich Nhat Hanh) and Dharma discussion. We have a monthly meeting on the first Thursdays via Zoom with Alexa Singer-Telles.
