About This Sangha
We sit in meditation for 20 minutes; we walk in meditation for 10 minutes; we sit for another 20 minutes; we read selection from Thich Nhat Hanh; we have Dharma discussion (each person has the opportunity to speak about what they like, such as the reading, meditation, their lives, and others listen without responding. It is a safe place to talk.)
